QUALITY

Please note that handmade beads and natural beads such as shell beads etc can vary in shape, size and colour and may vary slightly.

RETURNS

At Big Bead Store we take pride in our products and services and hope you will be pleased with your order. However if you are dissatisfied with your purchase we operate under the UK Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 and offer a no quibble returns policy.

If you wish to return your purchase please return within 7 days of receipt. The product must be returned in its origianl packaging and in an unused conditon suitable for resale. On receipt of your returned goods we will offer a full refund excluding any postage costs incurred to return the goods. We advise that you obtain a proof of posting receipt.

When returning goods please contact us first by email, in order that we can look for out for your returned item.

Please note that earring findings can not be returned unless faulty due to current EU Hygiene regulations.

All pictures on our website are to help you select your items and are provided to illustrate our products. The descriptions and colours described are given as accurately as possible but please note that each computer gives a different representation of colour. All sizes and measurements are given as close as possible to the item.
